If you become unavailable for an appointment please call and reschedule as soon as possible. Missed appointments will be charged a small fee when rebooked.
Please be understanding if we’re late for an appointment. Every client receives the same attention to detail. There can be an unknown issue that takes a little longer than anticipated and delay arrival.
Upon arrival the piano will be assessed. If there are any additional issues other than a tuning, a follow up appointment will be recommended.
Once the tuning is in progress please ensure there is total silence. This will guarantee you get the most accurate tuning.
Clients should be prepared and expect payment to be collected on site.
